Alpha Phi prides itself in creating well rounded leaders and maintaining an open mind about change and development. The Beta Beta Chapter here at MSU helps women develop character for a lifetime by encouraging leadership, scholarship, and sisterhood. Being an Alpha Phi provides the benefit of establishing and maintaining connections for the world beyond college. Many alumnae have helped members of the Beta Beta chapter receive internships with Fortune companies as well as many other corporations around the country. At Michigan State University, our members love to get involved in clubs on campus as well as other Greek organizations. WELcome to our Chapter! Sisterhood that lasts a lifetime, character of our leaders, service, the common bond of scholarship, genuine support and life-long loyalty, boundless love for one another and the community, pioneering spirit of our founders, and caring for others. These are the values of Alpha Phi. Best friends, soul mates, countless memories, and sisters for forever. When brought together, these are the things that come to my mind when I think of Alpha Phi. Three years ago, I attended the University of Arizona as a freshman not knowing what way was up and definitely not knowing what a sorority even was. I signed up for recruitment for the same reason many do; I wanted sisters, I wanted somewhere to belong, a home away from home, and I wanted to be a part of something that was so much bigger than just myself.

So I was walking to math and saw a girl with a Chi Omega bag. I started talking to her, and mentioned I was a Pi Beta Phi. As soon as I mentioned that I was Greek, she instantly perked up and began to ask questions, while I did the same.
See her good qualities for what they are and see it as a good relationship to remember. I grew up in Utah, attended BYU, and served a mission. You will get to mingle with a lot of new people, and who knows, maybe you will also find the guy or girl of your dreams there. Sexuality is the enemy of romance, and romance is amazing.
