Scrum Master Workshop is a two-day training that introduces the concepts of agile project management using the Scrum framework. It is a unique combination of practical tips with the illustration of how they should be used in action, based on the guide: Scrum GuideTM. The theoretical part of the training takes less than half of the time, while the rest are practical exercises to help mastering the necessary skills.
